Hi! I wanted to highlight this section because I wanted to make sure that you understand where I'm coming from. I know how scary it can be to trust / purchase from a new page, so I just wanted to explain.I created this Instagram page because of my love for trinkets! I want to be able to share that joy with you all by hopefully being able to get them to you as well!I wanted to start selling outside of apps because of the growing fees + percent they take from each sale. This allows me to price items cheaper + money from each sale goes directly to getting more items for you all! I would truly love nothing more than to build a trust worthy page!I've included a link to my Depop and added my username + carrd link on Mercari to prove that this is truly my account and to show my experience in selling.
General Info
β I am based in New York; all prices and payments will be in USD!β Priority is given to those who claim first!β Worldwide buyers are welcome, however, please let me know upfront if youβre not from the US to avoid any confusion.β Shipping can get quite expensive, especially outside of the US with bulky / heavy / multiple items; just a disclaimer!

Items' condition variesβI try to get items that are new and unused or lightly used, if pre-owned. If they have any flaws, I will point them out in the post.β
I reserve the right to back out of any sale at any time if I feel uncomfortable.β
I don't do unspoken holds! If you do not reply within 24 hours of claiming, your item will go back up for claim.β

Sales Rules + Info

To claim an item: Comment 'C', 'Claim" or the number of the item that is listed, e.g.: '1' or 'C1' is acceptable too!β
Claims are first come, first serve: meaning whoever comments claiming an item first, will be able to purchase said item.β
I will like and reply to the comment who claims an item first (also helps to keep track of what is claimed already).β
I will then DM you asking you for your preferred method of payment, full name and address.β
I will generate a shipping label / quote to confirm your address and once confirmed, you're welcome to pay right away unless you would like to claim more items.β
I can hold claimed items* up to a week until you are ready to ship all of them together.
*All claimed items will have to be paid first BEFORE asking for a hold!β
Shipping rates are based on weight and size of your package; how many items you have. Shipping starts at $5 (in the US)!β
I usually ship on Saturdays, as I work and go to school at the moment. I sometimes have time in between classes to ship but it is rare and I will let you know when and if possible.β
All sales are final; no refunds or returns!

Group Orders

It is super important that you read through this information before joining a group order. By claiming a spot, I will assume you have read all of this information and agree.

GOs can take a while, so please be prepared to wait
β³ I will do my best to provide updates about the status of items once I receive them from the proxy / sellerβ
No backouts allowed; if you can no longer participate you will be responsible for finding a replacement
β³ I can only offer you a refund once your item has been reclaimedβ
Payments will be collected in 2-3 increments (initial + ems + domestic)
β³ the first payment will be due once the group chat has been created
β³ if the 1st payment is not sent within 24 hours of gc creation, you will forfeit your claim and it will go back up for reclaimβ
once the items are on hand, I will send a message notifying the gc + letting you know to fill out the address form
β³ if the form hasnβt been filled out, domestic hasnβt been paid, or you have not dmed me personally for accommodation / extension then the item will be put back up for sale with NO REFUND
β³ if you dm me asking if you can still claim your item(s), there will be a storage fee; price will vary depending on how big the item is / how long the item has been on handβ
All prices for shipping (ems and domestic) will be rounded up to the nearest dollar or fifty cents to cover supply costs
β I will send / post packing pictures / videos and provide the receipt for packages that have been handed over alreadyβ I am NOT responsible for any lost or damaged mailβ I know this is a lot of information, but these rules are in place to protect all joiners / myself if anything happens. Neokyo Group Order

Neokyo is a Japanese proxy website that allows those without a Japanese address to order and ship items from Japanese websites!Please note the following disclaimers and information for Neokyo group orders are based on Neokyo's policies!Neokyo has an automatic approximate conversion to USD built into its website. As such, all transactions and prices will be in USD unless stated otherwise.β
All claims must be paid for once I create the group chat. I can wait max. 24 hours to pay before the Buy Request times out.β
Absolutely no payment plans or backouts. To secure your item I need the full payment.β
Refund Policy:β³ After the item has been paid for and secured, there are NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE AT ANY POINT. This is Neokyo's policy. If you are wanting to back out or give up your claim, you will have to find a replacement on your own. Additionally, I cannot personally offer refunds for any items claimed through Neokyo. Unfortunately, Neokyo does not offer refunds if the item is fake or does not come as described.β
There are several fees associated with purchasing via Neokyo. It is important to note that the price you see on the original listing is not necessarily what you will pay.β³ Neokyo charges 250 yen per order plus a PayPal processing fee of 3.6% + 40 yen.
Generally, the above fees come out to $3-5 USD. 250 yen is approximately $1.75 USD, plus the PayPal processing fees. Though please be aware that this may change depending on how expensive the item is (higher price = higher fees).β
Timeline/Process
1. Spots are all filled / claimed
2. I will submit a Buy Request. During this time, you will send me your payment. You will have a maximum of 24 hours to send me this initial payment.
3. Once the Buy Request is processed, I will forward the payment to Neokyo. After this point, I cannot cancel or refund.
4. The order will say "Processing merchant payment" while Neokyo purchases the item(s)
5. If the payment goes through, the order will say "awaiting delivery to the warehouse," this means the order has been secured! Yay!
6. Wait. The item needs to arrive at the Neokyo warehouse! Once arrived, I will have 45 days of free storage (although Iβll try to collect payments rather quickly unless I am combining more than one GO into 1 shipment)
7. This is normally when you can expect EMS (international shipping) to be collected. Once gathered, I will pay for shipping and have it forwarded to me. The cost of ems varies and is hard to estimate. It depends on the amount of joiners, types of items ordered, and the total package value.
8. From here forward, expect the process to be like a normal GO.
